Having graduated from the SBA’s 8(a) program, we now operate as an established total small business entity and a General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule Holder (GS-07F-0535W).Exceed is solely controlled by Dr. Debra A. Canady, President, CEO, and General Manager.

In addition to our core competencies, complimentary of our past performance portfolio, we have served as the prime contractor on federal government contracts since 2002. In support of a continuous learning culture, our dedicated team of professional practitioners in Leadership, Program Evaluation, and Training prioritize advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Principally headquartered in the greater Houston area as our primary hub, we also operate from two satellite locations: San Antonio, Texas, and Huntsville, Alabama.
