As President, CEO, & Managing Member of Exceed Staffing, LLC. Dr. Canady began her entrepreneurial journey in 2002, establishing her company as a vendor of choice for state and federal government agencies.

Among her signature accomplishments include serving as the only Woman and Minority-Owned Maritime staffing firm along the gulf coast. Awarded the most prominent Woman and Minority-Owned Small Business contract in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers history, Southwest District. And, remains the only Woman and Minority-Owned Motor Coach Transportation Fleet and Valet Parking staffing operation having served Joint Base Fort Sam Houston, just to name a few.

Dr. Canady is a native Houstonian and a proud graduate of Baylor University.
